About Blue Diamond
As recently as 2018, the Cookware Company came out with its new brand, Blue Diamond cookware, through a television campaign, where they officially launched their new line of cookware.
The dominant player in their launch was Stephanie Christiansen, who worked as VP/North American sales for Dutch Creative Brands and as a national account manager for Allstar Products Group. She describes the line as high-quality design at an appealing price, making them desirable for cooks on a budget looking for top-quality cookware.

Blue Diamond 6 Piece Ceramic Nonstick Set
Design:
Blue Diamond cookware adds dazzle to your kitchen. The coating inside is infused with millions of tiny little diamonds, giving each piece a magnificent sparkle and shine. The pieces are lightweight, comfortable to use, and marvelous to look at. If blue isn't so much your color, this set comes in red as well.
Materials:
The pieces in this cookware set have no toxins; the items are free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium for cooking without any toxic fumes when accidentally using too much heat. Each piece has a solid, yet lightweight, forged-aluminum base which protects from the cookware from warping over time. On the inside, the pots and pans have a diamond-infused nonstick ceramic coating, which creates a firm cooking surface to compliment the lightweight aluminum construction.
The metallic handles are round and hollow to promote airflow and have a v-shaped cutout where they meet the cooking area to prevent an excessively hot area where the handle meets to pan. The lid is glass, with a metal handle as well, and fits securely on its respective pot.
The pieces in this set are compatible with standard stovetops such as electric, halogen, and ceramic, but they aren't compatible with induction cooktops. They lack the magnetism needed for induction stoves, so if you attempt cooking on one, you may find that your food doesn't cook evenly or quickly at all.
Usability:
These pieces are long-lasting, evident by their construction. The forged base eliminates the wobbling and degrading of the pots and pans over time. The diamond-infused ceramic coating is five times as hard as traditional nonstick cookware as well, preventing a significant amount of damage. The nonstick surface makes for the effortless release of food when serving straight off the pan and an easy clean-up afterward.
Due to the nonstick properties, you'll only need to use small amounts of oil or butter, but you don't want to use a cooking spray because it may prove to be too much and prevent your food from cooking correctly.
You'll always want to cook on low or medium heat and position your handles correctly on your stove since they may get hot to the touch. Lastly, despite advertising themselves as scratch-resistant, thanks to the tough diamond coating, it's still a better approach to use wooden or nylon utensils to get the most out of the cookware.
Cleaning:
These pieces are effortless to clean. They are dishwasher safe, so if you're in a hurry, you can pop them right in, but they are incredibly quick to hand-wash as well. You'll only need a tiny bit of soap, or you might not need any at all. Leftover food should come right off the pan with hot water, making cleanup outstandingly simple.

Blue Diamond 10-Piece “Red Diamond” Ceramic Nonstick Set
Design:
The ten-piece set comes in red but offers the same unique and shiny, sparkling quality as Blue Diamond's other sets. Despite how lightweight they feel, it's evident that they're quality pieces. The lightweight material and ergonomic handles also assist in exceedingly comfortable cooking.
Materials:
Just like the pieces in the previous set, this cookware features lightweight aluminum, a solid forged base, and a diamond-infused nonstick ceramic coating on the inner surface.
The pots and pans feature metal riveted handles and tight-fitting glass lids for secure cooking. The material is made without any PFAS, PFOA, lead, or cadmium to cut down on tox fumes.
You can use these pieces on electric, halogen, or ceramic cooktops, but unfortunately not on induction stoves, due to the aluminum material being incompatible with those types of stovetops.
Usability:
Thanks to the strength of these pieces and their comfortable, lightweight feel, they'll be effortless to use and last you ten times longer than traditional nonstick pans. All you need to do to cook your food is coat the surface with a bit of butter or oil; then, you're ready to go. The hard diamond-infused surface is resistant to scratches, and the warp control base is resistant to damage on the bottom of your pots and pans.
Even with these resistances, however, using nylon or wooden utensils and cooking on low or medium heat will get the most life possible out of these pieces. You'll want to employ those methods as often as possible to make your cookware last as long as advertised. Additionally, because the handles have no rubber coating, you'll also want to avoid cooking on high heat to prevent your handles become too hot to touch.
Cleaning:
Whether you place these pieces in the dishwasher or wash them by hand, cleaning is a cinch. You'll want to rinse off these pans while they're still warm because that's the food should slide right off once you run it under cold water. You'll need to use little soap, if any, but if you let your pan sit and cool down with the food still on it, it may become stuck and require unwanted scrubbing.

Blue Diamond 12-Piece Ceramic Nonstick Set
Design:
For this set, we go back to that sparkling blue that makes an impression and gets you excited to cook. The cookware is easy to handle due to its weight and features a hard surface and a forged base that helps the cookware feel durable despite how light it is. Having this collection of cookware doesn't only add pizzas to your kitchen but adds desirable functionality as well.
Materials:
The pieces in this set feature all the quality materials that Blue Diamond cookware products offer. From the forged-aluminum base that prevents warping to the toxin-free metal to the diamond-infused nonstick ceramic coating, each piece of cookware delivers quality that you can trust to last you a long time.
Each piece comes with riveted handles and glass lids that allow you to monitor your food while it cooks. The cookware works on traditional stovetops like gas, electric, halogen, and ceramic, but the aluminum bases aren't compatible with induction stove types.
Usability:
This set of cookware offers pots and pans that heat four times as quick than traditional nonstick cookware, due to their construction. You'll always want to keep the heat setting on low or medium, but you're still guaranteed quick and even heating.
The diamond-infused coating makes these pots and pans safe for metal utensils since they don't chip or scratch easily, though wooden or nylon utensils would still be best to prolong the lifespan of the cookware.
Another reason to keep the heat lower is that the handles don't have any rubber coating and may get hot if you use too high of a temperature to cook. Additionally, you'll only need to use a little oil or butter when coating the pans, which makes for healthier cooking.
Cleaning:
Due to the nonstick nature and the need for only small amounts of oil, running these pots and pans under hot water should release any leftover food with ease. If you need or want to use soap, you'll only need a very tiny but to do the job. The cookware is also dishwasher safe for when you have no time to stand in front of the sink.
