Bialetti 10-Piece Hard Anodized Ceramic Pro Set
Design
It's hard to go wrong with the Bialetti 10-piece ceramic cook set. The non-stick, matte gray set is offset with anti-reflective metal handles and glass lids for a timeless look. Even better, the tough pots and pans are resistant to the dark staining that plagues other brands, which keeps them looking fresh for years after purchase.
Materials
This hardy ten piece set is made from hard, anodized aluminum with a ceramic exterior and generous non-stick coating. Moreover, all of the lids are constructed with tempered glass that is virtually impossible to chip or shatter. The handles are made with temperature-resistant stainless steel that keeps them safe to pick up off a piping hot stove top. Even better, the ceramic non-stock interior allows for searing while still being PFOA and PTFE free.
Usability
Due to the hardy construction of this Bialetti set, it's safe to use on all stovetop types aside from induction and is oven safe up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In general, all the cookware is safe for major gas and glass stove tops.
According to customers, the cookware heats food evenly and the no-stick layer remains hardy even after years of use. That said, users should be careful not to accidentally scrape away the non-stick layer on the sauté pans.
Additionally, you should avoid hard scrubs with metal or abrasive sponges, as these will also cause the no-stick to disappear. Customers seem to prefer using the deep-set pots for cooking soups, stews, and sauces, since the frying pans' ceramic coats are slightly less durable when subjected to harsh sautéing.
Cleaning
Just like with traditional non-stick pans, you'll have to be gentle whenever you wash these pots. Directly after you finish heating food with the cookware, leave the pan to cool down on the stove top for at least five minutes. If you attempt to wash the pan too soon, you could sear the pan, which causes internal damage. Then, wash by hand with mild soap and a soft cloth.
For stubborn food, leave the pan in soapy water for ten to thirty minutes before attempting to clean it in order to soften the food. Finally, make sure to rinse the pan in lukewarm water, as excessively hot temperatures may shorten the lifespan of the ceramic non-stick coating. As long as you treat these pans properly, they should last you a long time without any issues.

Bialetti Aeternum 10-Piece Nonstick Ceramic Set
Design
The Aeternum set features a charming red and white dual tone design. With a soft-touch, smooth base, this cookware set looks good enough to keep out on the counter as its own decorative element. Better yet, the handles are all comfort-grip and meant to reduce strain when moving the cookware around a bustling kitchen.
Materials
The pots and pans are made from heavy-gauge, anodized material that's twice as hard as stainless steel. Each pot is coated in a thick layer of ceramic non-stick that's PFOA and PTFE free.
Usability
The Aeternum set is versatile enough for both stove-top and oven cooking. No matter your style, these pots can withstand up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit of searing heat, providing excellent heat transfer and an even cook every time.
We have found that this set performs excellently for sautéed vegetables, eggs, and rice. Many foods don't even require cooking oil since the non-stick layer reduces all stickiness and burning.
However, it's best that you avoid using extremely high heats on these cooking pans in order to preserve their non-stick layer for as long as possible. The ceramic non-stick may deteriorate faster when subjected to extreme temperature changes in a short period of time.
Cleaning
You should be gentle when washing pans in this set. In order to preserve the non-stick layer, always hand wash the pots with mild, soapy water and a soft sponge. Never immediately wash a hot frying pan, as it may cause the pan to sear and lose its non-stick coating.

Bialetti Granito 10-Piece Nonstick Set
Design
Featuring thick-cut bases, each pot and pan in the Granito set is designed for years of abuse. The durable, three-layer granite pots feature a natural mineral grain look that's offset by black handles and tempered glass lids. The stainless steel handles bring a modern twist to the classic granite material.
Materials
Each cookware piece is made with triple-layered, highly dense granite that lends it strength without brittleness. Unlike other Baletti products, the Granite set is safe for metal utensil use due to its durable construction. The granite is topped with a ceramic, non-stick coating that makes clean sears super easy to achieve.
Usability
If you love sautéing without all the mess, the Granito set is right for you. These pans perform amazingly under pressure, allowing you to achieve a clean stove-top cook without all the frustration of burnt food stuck to the bottom of the pan.
The set's saute pans work excellently for rice, broccoli, eggs, and seared chicken. Once the cooking is done, it's very easy to achieve a perfect clean, since food doesn't cling to the surface of the pans.
Potential buyers should be aware that the pot lid handles can get quite hot when food is left simmering. During long cooking sessions, the lids may also pool water around the edges, which can become a safety hazard if not watched carefully.
Cleaning
Though all the cookware in the Granito set is technically dish-washer safe, it's recommended that you simply use mild soap and soft sponging to wash the set's items. Make sure to avoid excessively hot temperatures and abrasive scrubs, since these treatments can interfere with the ceramic non-stick layer.
