Gotham Steel Professional 13-Piece Nonstick Ceramic & Titanium Cookware Set
Design:
This stylish space gray cookware set comes with a copper colored interior. It features the signature nonstick titanium and ceramic coating from the brand.
It is a 13-piece premium cookware set that is stronger than your everyday stainless steel cookware because it has three layers of nonstick coating, is made from dense aluminum material, and features cool touch stainless steel handles.
Materials:
This cookware set is constructed from hard-anodized aluminum, which is wear-resistant and dense for durability. This cookware will last. The cooking surface is made from ceramic and titanium, and you can use metal utensils with this cookware without having to worry about scratches or scrapes.
There is no need to add oil or butter with this cookware because food doesn’t stick. Lids are made of tempered glass with stainless steel handles. They are also unique because each lid will fit on any other piece of cookware.
Usability:
This cookware set is dishwasher and oven safe, and the clear glass lids allow you to check on your food as it cooks. The cookware is free of toxins and is PTFE, PFOS, and PFOA free.
The set cannot be used on induction cooktops, but it is great for gas and electric stoves. The interior cooking surface is made from ceramic and titanium and is perfect for cooking foods evenly.
The cookware is oven safe to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the stockpot is ideal for making stews, large meals like spaghetti, or even pot roasts. The handles are riveted to the sides of the pan, which adds to the cookware’s durability.
Cleaning:
This cookware set can be washed in the dishwasher.

Gotham Steel 20-Piece Set
Design:
These pieces can be distinguished by their copper-colored nonstick coating and black interiors, which give them a modern appearance. The domed glass lids are equipped with silver loop handles, as are the stock pot and steamer basket. Saucepans and frying pans come with Y-shaped handles that are held in place by silver rivets.
Materials:
Gotham's 20-piece set is crafted of aluminum, with stainless steel handles and a copper nonstick finish. The coating is PFOA- and PTFE-free and requires no oil or butter to get the job done (although it's fine to include these if desired).
While the material is perfectly sturdy, the pieces are lighter than we were expecting. This makes them easier to handle, but it can be off-putting at first.
Usability:
This is a 20-piece set that's advertised as a "Kitchen in a Box," and with good reason. In addition to the pots and pans, it contains a number of useful bakeware items that are sure to round out any cooking station.
The durable scratch-proof coating can be used with metal utensils, but we prefer to use silicone or wood whenever possible. Owing to the brightness of the copper, any potential nicks or discoloration would be visible immediately, so we think it's best to stay on the safe side.
The pots, pans, and bakeware are all oven-safe to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. They're compatible with every kind of stovetop except for induction, so keep that in mind before deciding on this set.
The Y-shaped handles stay cool to the touch on the stovetop, but be forewarned that they get as hot as the rest of the pan when they're transferred to the oven. As we mentioned, these pieces are lightweight, but they're also very well-balanced, which makes them easy enough for novices to handle.
Cleaning:
These pieces are suitable for the dishwasher, and generally clean up well if they're rinsed immediately after use. Home chefs who don't have a dishwasher will find plenty to love about this set as well, since the copper nonstick surface allows ingredients to slide right off. Be aware that if the pans aren't cleaned right away, the nonstick coating may begin to deteriorate.

Gotham Steel 10-Piece Set
Design:
This is another eye-catching set, featuring copper nonstick interiors and red exteriors for a natural and pleasing contrast. The steamer basket and stock pot feature thick loop handles that are easy to grasp, while the frying pans and saucepans favor traditional long handles. Short loop handles can be found on the glass lids as well.
Materials:
As we mentioned in our review of Gotham's 20-piece set above, these pieces are lighter than we were expecting. They're made of anodized aluminum with a titanium and ceramic nonstick surface, which is a durable and multi-purpose combination. The ceramic component works well with acidic ingredients, making the stock pot a good choice for marinara and other tomato-based sauces.
Usability:
The unique construction offers a high heat threshold, so it's possible to use these pans for everything from scrambled eggs to perfectly seared steaks.
The larger frying pan includes a lid, so it can be used for melted cheese dishes like queso fundido. Thanks to the copper nonstick surface, the ingredients will slide off easily afterward (see Cleaning, below).
The materials are oven safe at temperatures up to 500 degrees, and they're also suitable for the microwave. The pans are flame-proof, making them a good fit for gas cooktops. Note that they aren't induction compatible, so shoppers with induction ranges will have to look elsewhere.
Cleaning:
Feel free to pop these pieces in the dishwasher after cooking--the materials are rugged enough to withstand a bit of jostling. They can also be cleaned with a regular sponge or dishcloth. It's a good idea to dry them thoroughly with a clean towel as soon as they're clean; otherwise, the exteriors could be prone to water spots.

Gotham Steel Stackmaster 10-Piece Ceramic Cookware Set
Design:
The 10-Piece Gotham Steel stackable set of pots and pans features a signature ultra-nonstick surface with ceramic coating. The sleek design in copper color with a black interior adds class to any modern kitchen.
Materials:
Constructed of aluminum, this cookware set is durable for everyday use. The cooking surface features nonstick cast-texture coating made from titanium and ceramic materials. You can use a small amount of butter or oil or skip it altogether for healthier meals and easier cleaning.
These pots and pans are durable enough to withstand metal utensils as well because of the extra coating in them. They are wear-resistant and built to last. The handles are composed of stainless steel with rivets to hold them in place. The glass lids are tempered and can be used across the whole cookware set.
Usability:
This unique cookware set lets you organize your space by stacking it together and storing it away conveniently. The cookware is another level of nonstick where it is coated and reinforced three times over with ceramic and titanium.
The coating on the inner surface of this cookware is durable and can withstand metal utensils like spatulas, spoons, whisks, and others.
The tempered glass lids are also interchangeable so that each lid fits all the pots and pans securely. The glass lids are excellent for watching your food as it cooks.
This cookware set is also oven safe with temperatures of up to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and it can be used with gas, induction, and electric cooktops.
Cleaning:
This cookware set is dishwasher safe, so clean up is a breeze.

Gotham Steel Premium 5-Piece Hammered Ceramic Set
Design:
This 5-piece Gotham cookware set features a stylish hammered look with glass lids. The cookware has stainless steel handles and a nonstick copper cooking surface for even heating. The set is both elegant and functional, a real eye-catcher in any kitchen. It is a lightweight, simple set of cookware, and it is resistant to scratches.
Materials:
The cookware is constructed from solid and dense aluminum with a copper coating. The interior is made of ceramic copper titanium with a Ti-Cerama coating so that food doesn’t stick to the surface. This is another Gotham Steel cookware set that won’t require oil or butter to cook food.
Usability:
This hammered copper designed cookware set is crafted for durability and adds a lot of charm to almost any kitchen. It doesn’t require the usual maintenance of many other copper cookware sets as it does not get dull or lose its luster over time.
It has a diamond sparkle look to the copper coating. The solid stainless-steel handles have the cool touch feature and are ergonomically designed for comfort when you grip these lightweight pieces.
The set is safe and compatible with gas, induction, and electric cooktops. The pot and pans are oven safe to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. This simple 5-piece set is stackable and can be stored conveniently and with ease. You can enjoy foods with more flavor, and it cooks dishes more evenly.
The cookware is scratch-proof, and you can use metal utensils like a spatula, spoon, fork, or whisk if needed.
Cleaning:
This cookware set is dishwasher safe for quick and easy cleanup, but to ensure your cookware lasts, it’s always best to handwash with mild dish detergent and hand dry with a soft towel.
