About Farberware
Farberware was founded by a Russian businessman, Simon Farber, in 1900. He began his business career selling racks and gift trays on the lower east side of New York. Farber was well known for his business and expertise and skill in creating copper and brass bowls and vases.
By the 1930s, the company was an innovator in creating a coffee percolator and an original stainless steel electric frying pan.
Today, Farberware is one of the biggest manufacturers of stainless steel and nonstick cookware. They specialize in functional cookware, bakeware, and kitchenware, and you can find their products online and in most department stores.
